Hi Manny,
It doesn't have a forward feature (not sure exactly what that is) but it have the capability to put an unsubscribe link in the email and an html editor that would allow you to copy/paste from dreamweaver. You can create either a text or html email. The script costs $49 and installation is an additional $20 so you'd be looking at $69 total. There are no recurring fees so that is a one time charge. How many people do you currently have on your list?
