Event Registration thru Calendar

I am currently using the csCalendar as an event calendar. I would like to be able to have people register for individual events and pay for registration most likely thru paypal. Do you have any suggestions or ideas on how this can be done.

You could place a paypal buy button on the event's full description but csCalendar doesn't have any capabilties for people to register for events.
